Kaden is a Master of Social Work Intern, currently studying at Utah Valley University. Kaden has experience working with children on the autism spectrum and with adults at the Utah State Hospital. Kaden received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University in 2025.
Kaden has a background working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders, as well as relationship and family concerns, codependency, communication challenges, educational stress, life transitions, and faith transitions. He works with adults, teens, and children ages 10 and up using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
Kaden approaches his work through a positive, empowered, humanistic, and client-centered lens, helping clients better understand their brains while developing healthy coping skills. Authentic, relatable, and calming, he meets clients where they are and supports them in reaching their goals through mindfulness, unconditional positive regard, and genuine care. He fosters a safe, comfortable environment that encourages a deep and meaningful therapeutic relationship.
Kaden was born in Salt Lake City and has lived in Sandy his whole life. In his free time, he enjoys being in nature, hiking, camping, fishing, experiencing new places, spending his time golfing and learning new therapeutic modalities and techniques. He also enjoys going to concerts, listening to music, and watching his favorite movies and TV shows. Most of all, he loves spending time with family and friends and believes that building healthy relationships is important to a healthy, happy life.
