You give us your available times (or sync your calendar with our platform) and we do the rest. Our goal is for you to have a full schedule. It’s up to you how many hours that will be.

By partnering with AspenTeletherapy you eliminate all of the requirements of running your own business (the cost of leasing an office, doing your own billing, worrying about insurance, marketing, scheduling, client support, employees, etc.). On our platform all client sessions are 50 min. video sessions (face-to-face) held on a laptop or computer from anywhere. You simply set your schedule and meet with clients on days and times that work best for you. Let us handle all of the details so you can focus on what you do best!

Choose part-time or full-time, evenings, daytime, or weekends...it’s up to you! Just give us the calendar appointments you want filled each week and we’ll do the rest.
Everything you need!
You don’t need to purchase expensive software. We’ll provide all the tools (including live office staff) to allow you to excel at your profession. We’ll handle scheduling, billing (including insurance), marketing, customer service, software, and training. This allows you to focus on helping more clients.

All counselors and therapists must have an active license with the state of Utah (LCSW, CMHC, LMFT). Good internet connection, and either a laptop or computer with video capability is also needed.
AspenTeletherapy markets to clients throughout Utah looking for help from a licensed therapist or counselor. All of your clients with AspenTeletherapy will come from the platform.
We handle all marketing, billing, scheduling, client communications, etc. You just show up to each scheduled therapy appointment and do what you do best. The number of clients per week is entirely up to you.
Yes. Most of the therapists and counselors working with AspenTeletherapy have another job or time commitments. You’re able to choose the number of clients you would like to see each week (full or part-time). Currently, therapists conducting 12-15 sessions per week on the AspenTeletherapy platform earn an extra $600-$750 per week.*
