Professional and personal Profile /Bio

I’ve been married for over 34 years and helped raise our five children.  I graduated from BYU with my Bachelors Degree in Communications in 1982 and with my Master’s Degree in Social Work in 1984.  I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) since 1986.

I have spent the last 36+ years working with Adolescents in outpatient/day-treatment, residential and inpatient settings. I now look forward to working with the young in heart whether they be 13 years or 60 years.  My primary focus was with young men with sexual behavioral problems and their families.

I have spent over 31 years working for the local community mental health center in Utah County, Wasatch Mental Health.  I worked as a crisis worker for the crisis line for about 20 years.  I retired from Wasatch in April 2020.

I love the outdoors and find healing in being active and involved in nature and my family.

I believe the family is where the best healing can take place if available.
