Ailaina Rice, CSW

Ailaina is a Certified Social Worker who believes that clients are the experts on themselves and works to make therapy a collaborative process. She is committed to creating an open, safe environment for her clients on the path to recovery. Ailaina received both her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Family Life and her Master of Social Work from Brigham Young University. She has worked in outpatient settings around Utah county with young adults and adults in the prison system and individuals dealing with psychosis. She is passionate about working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, domestic violence and trauma. Ailaina’s treatment models include CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused therapy, Narrative therapy, and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). In her free time, Ailaina enjoys practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with her husband, running half marathons, listening to podcasts, watching volleyball games
and learning Russian.
