Jeff earned his Master of Social Work from Walden University and is committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and practical support. He works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, grief and loss, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, LGBTQ+ concerns, faith transitions, and questions related to identity, meaning, and purpose.
Jeff’s approach is collaborative, affirming, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. He utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Drawing from his background in healthcare and behavioral health, he also has experience supporting individuals facing chronic stress, caregiving challenges, serious illness, and loss.
Jeff believes therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. He strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients can build resilience, develop new skills, and create meaningful change. Outside of therapy, Jeff enjoys spending time with family and friends, gaming, learning medieval history, and playing with dogs whenever he gets the chance.
