Erin Manke
Billing Manager
Erin oversees client accounts for Aspen, and brings years of experience with insurance, claims, and billing management to our team. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources at the University of Illinois Springfield. Out of the office she enjoys traveling with her family and experiencing the beautiful sites of Utah.
Jewelia Mcbride
Client Care Manager
Jewelia and her team of client care specialists excel at connecting the right therapist with the right client. She is always happy to answer questions or address concerns for both new and current clients. Jewelia’s family has been blessed to receive services from Aspen, giving her a personal understanding of the care provided. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, quilting, spending time with her family, and being outdoors.
Lizzy Williams
Provider Support Manager
Lizzy has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Family Life from Brigham Young University. As our Provider Support Manager, she works with our amazing therapists on anything they need to best support their clients. In her free time she enjoys reading a good book, going for long walks, visiting a local museum, and traveling to new places.
Alexi Coombs
Client Care Specialist
Lexi is currently pursuing both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University. Lexi has a passion for psychology and working with people, and she aspires to become a therapist specializing in trauma recovery. She is enthusiastic about helping you find the right fit on your mental health journey. Outside of work, Lexi enjoys spending time with friends and family, painting, reading, and deepening her understanding of the human mind!
Amanda Hall
Client Care Specialist
Amanda received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Utah Valley University. She is passionate about helping and advocating for others. She aspires to make a difference in your life by helping you in your mental health journey. When Amanda is not working she enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her husband!
Ashlynne Nelson
Billing Specialist
Ashlynne received her Bachelor’s degree in Education and is now joining the team as a Billing Specialist at Aspen. She brings prior experience working in a psychiatry setting and enjoys working with people to help solve problems with care and attention. Outside of the office, Ashlynne loves reading, baking, and spending time with her baby, husband, and cat.
Cara Pinkston
Client Care Specialist
Cara received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Oregon. She aspires to help those with chronic pain. Being able to bring her own personal awareness of how stress can affect both mental and physical health, which helps her connect deeply with those she works with. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, playing pickleball, and spending time with her family.
Maddi Haskins
Client Care Specialist
Maddi is currently planning to pursue a degree in Psychology next year. She is excited to expand her understanding of human behavior and communication. Maddi is a dedicated customer service professional with a passion for helping others. She is excited to help with answering your questions or anything else you may need. Outside of work, Maddi enjoys playing card games, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
