Our therapists work with a wide range of areas including depression and anxiety, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, relationship issues, LGBTQ, self worth and more. Evidence based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) may be implemented. Our Providers offer Teletherapy appointments so you can receive treatment and support from the comfort of your own home or office, anywhere in the State of Utah.

CBT

CBT, or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on changing negative patterns of thinking and behavior that may contribute to mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. Overall, CBT is an evidence-based, effective, and flexible form of therapy that can help individuals improve their mental health and well-being.

EMDR

EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a therapeutic approach that is primarily used to treat post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), but can also be effective for other mental health conditions. EMDR involves the use of eye movements, sounds, or taps to stimulate both sides of the brain while focusing on specific traumatic memories, which can help to reprocess them in a way that reduces their emotional intensity and associated distress.
