Our Matching Process

No. 1


The first step in our matching process is for you to call or text our office at 801-449-0017 and speak with one of our Client Care Specialists.

During this call, you’ll be asked to share a bit about why you are calling and also the type of support that you’re looking for.

No. 2


One of our Client Care Specialists will recommend a therapist who has the training and expertise to best meet your needs. 

During this call you will also be able to discuss payment options (insurance, self-pay, clergy pay, etc.) and whether or not you would prefer in-office or teletherapy sessions.

STEP

No. 3


Your initial assessment and future sessions will be scheduled with your therapist. 

Please keep in mind that in the event that the connection doesn’t feel quite right, we're happy to schedule you with another therapist. Ultimately, YOU have the freedom to decide which therapist is the best fit for you.
