“To be honest with you, I was very skeptical at first. I am the type of person who believes in the old saying, stay strong and you will get through it. I have gone through some things in my life that finally got to the point where I was really worried about myself, and needed professional help. I have reached out to many different places before familiarizing myself with Aspen counseling and I can now say it was truly the best decision in my life. So now for the past year I have been working with KaeCee, and she has truly been a godsend. Not only has she helped me figure out some things in my past she has given me the mental capacity, of being able to compartmentalize different thoughts, and ideas. And I have been able to focus on what truly matters, and what I have control in. I could go on forever, but what I cannot stress enough, is if you need help do not put it off. I would 110% recommend Aspen counseling and recommend making an appointment with whomever fits your criteria most. Although my first choice would definitely be KaeCee. I can honestly say she has given me a new outlook in life, and has truly saved me. And I cannot express enough about the very caring staff that goes along with the process. They have always found a way to work around your schedule and making things easiest for you. They truly all care about you and your mental health.”
