Autumn is a therapist with a deep passion for helping individuals heal from trauma and overcome life’s challenges. Born and raised in Utah County, Autumn has always been driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in others' lives. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Utah Valley University and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at Louisiana State University, where she is further honing her skills to better support her clients' needs.
Her dedication to this field is profoundly personal, stemming from her observations of the impact of mental health issues on loved ones. This experience has provided her with a deep insight into the necessity of a safe, accepting space for healing. Autumn is enthusiastic about fostering an environment where clients feel acknowledged, understood, and empowered to navigate their challenges with empathy and strength.
Outside of her professional work, Autumn enjoys spending quality time with her spouse and their dog. She believes in the power of connection, both personally and professionally, and strives to bring a holistic, balanced approach to her therapeutic practice. Whether working with clients on trauma, anxiety, or other emotional struggles, Autumn is dedicated to helping them cultivate a healthier, more fulfilling life.
