Jay Snyder
LCSW
Available in the Highland Office and over Teletherapy
Jay took the long and winding scenic road as he graduated from UVU with a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Science and then received a Masters of Social Work from BYU. Jay is going on his tenth year as a school social worker which he really enjoys doing. Jay assists adults dealing with life challenges that show up as anxiety, depression, and stress, with an emphasis of improving relationships with themselves, with a partner/spouse and/or with their kid(s).
Jay also loves his spare time. He unplugs by relaxing and moving slower, playing something outdoors or camping in the mountains, all with his wife and teenagers. In reality, he is often trying to catch up on all the revolving household, yard, vehicle repairs/cleaning/projects that never end!
