Mary Campbell Utah Therapist

Mary Campbell

LCSW

Available in the St. George Office and over Teletherapy

Mary is passionate about healing, growth and mental well-being. Both personally and professionally, she embraces the idea that you can’t always control the circumstances of life, but you can control how you choose to respond. As an LCSW, Mary’s background and training, both at a Bachelor’s and Master's level, is in social work from Brigham Young University and the University of Utah. She places high value in her sessions on seeing individuals in their environment, helping them build and establish support systems, access resources, and strengthen connections that lead to growth and change.

Mary has been counseling clients of all ages and backgrounds for nearly 20 years, and is trained in a number of treatment modalities.

Her favorite treatment approaches include solution focused therapy, all forms and modalities of play therapy, somatic approaches, EFT/tapping, and client centered treatment. She has additional training in postpartum and perinatal mood disorders, ADHD and Autism treatment, trauma treatment, integrative mental health (mind/body approaches), women’s issues, spirituality, faith crisis and transition, and grief counseling.

Mary has lived and worked in Utah most of her adult life. She currently resides in St George and sees clients in person in the St George office, as well as seeing clients via telehealth. She is the mother of 6 adult children, 2 biological and 4 adopted/foster. She loves spending free time with family and friends, and when she isn’t working, she enjoys her dogs, hiking, exploring, reading, learning, and traveling.
