Morgan is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trained and utilizes it in treating trauma and other presentations of mental health challenges. Morgan is currently working towards becoming an EMDR Certified Therapist through EMDRIA. Morgan also focuses on treating the whole person and therefore utilizes her experience working with depression, anxiety, behavior issues, school struggles, and family and relationship issues as well.
Morgan received her undergraduate degree from the University of Utah in Exercise Sport Science with a nutrition minor and is passionate about the mind body connection and the impact exercise and nutrition have on mental health. She believes we find the energy for the right things when we stop chasing the wrong things.
