Paige feels great joy watching clients utilize therapy to heal and create vibrant lives based on their chosen values and goals. She practices client-centered, trauma-informed treatment to help clients heal attachment wounds, resolve trauma symptoms, increase emotional resilience and generate more awareness.
Paige has been professionally involved in the social work field for over a decade. She earned a Master of Social Work degree from Utah State University in 2023. Paige has clinical experience working with a wide range of ages, varying political backgrounds, religious beliefs, ethnicities, gender identities, and sexual orientations. She has great respect for all and enjoys having a diverse clientele.
Paige is especially skilled in providing clinical care for adolescents and their parents. She helps clients navigate adoption, anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship conflicts, women’s issues, attachment concerns, betrayal trauma, divorce, coparenting, blended families, scrupulosity, religious abuse, infertility and spirituality.
Paige has studied many different evidence-based therapeutic modalities so that she can find the most appropriate treatment for each individual client and circumstance. She is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, and Structural Family Therapy (SFT) to name a few.
Paige spends most of her free time with her three children. She recharges on the yoga mat and over shared meals with friends. She enjoys science fiction books and is grateful to explore new places through travel. Overall, Paige believes a rich life is centered around meaningful human connection. She delights in watching clients move beyond suffering to a place of purpose and connection.
