Tiera is a LCSW with a rich background of experience. Tiera received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University.
Tiera specializes in helping teens and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, grief, women’s issues, life transitions and religious concerns. Tiera is trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, EFT, and Solution Focused Therapy. Tiera is also specially trained in DNMS (Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy) which is a specific modality to help attachment based wounds and to help clients with inner child work.
Tiera has always been passionate about mental health and loves to see her clients gain understanding about themselves and others. By taking a holistic approach, she believes everyone has the ability to grow into stronger, wiser, more confident versions of themselves. She believes everyone is hardwired for growth, and with the right tools and healing, everyone has the ability to achieve their goals and live the life they want. In her spare time, Tiera enjoys reading, exercise, travel and spending time with her family at their cabin.
